Orders for Shippable Products: All items have a 14-day money back guarantee.

Returns Policy: You may return most items within the guarantee period for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, let us know immediately). We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: a) Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. b) Any CD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). c) Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Physical classes Guarantee and Withdrawal Policy:

(1) The student shall have the right to cancel within three (3) calendar days from the date of Student’s first payment towards taking a class, the Student notifies Online Trading Academy in writing of the desire to withdraw, and the notice itself is received by Online Trading Academy more than three (3) days prior to the initially scheduled start date for the Student’s course, Online Trading Academy will issue a full refund within 30 days, from the date of notice, in the amount actually paid to Online Trading Academy by Student, provided all training materials have been returned in undamaged and unopened condition. If the training materials have been opened or are otherwise damaged or not returned, the refund shall be for the cost of the course less the value of the materials and applicable sales tax or the money paid, whichever is less. Or

(2) At the sole discretion of Online Trading Academy. In all other events, no refunds will be made.

Refund Policy for Mentoring: Student shall have the right to withdraw from mentoring without any penalty within ten (10) days from the date of first payment, or before the first session, whichever comes first, for a full refund of tuition paid to Online Trading Academy within 30 days from date of request, less scholarship. No refund will be given to any portion of mentoring used or unused after that.

Refund Policy for 2-5 days of on-location Mentoring: Student shall have the right to withdraw from on-location mentoring without any penalty within ten (10) days from the date of first payment, provided all training materials have been returned in undamaged & unopened condition, for a full refund of tuition paid to Online Trading Academy within 30 days from date of request, less scholarship. No refund will be given to any portion of mentoring used or unused after that.

Guarantee and Withdrawal Policy for the Online Option Analyzer: Student shall have the right to return without any penalty the Online Option Analyzer within 7 days of purchase provided all training materials have been returned in undamaged & unopened condition, for a full refund of tuition paid to Online Trading Academy within 30 days from date of request.

Postage, handling, and tax:
Tax will be assessed on items being shipped to California addresses, at a rate of 7.75%.

*Online Trading Academy training centers are independently owned and operated and each location may set its own fees for classes.
